Electrolysis is a permanent hair removal solution for all hair colours and types. The process works by a fine probe inserted into the hair follicle transmitting a small current which cauterises the hairs germ cell which will prevent a new hair from growing.

WHAT IS THE PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE?
A free, full consultation is carried out prior to treatment to ascertain your suitability and individual treatment needs.
- Wear a physical sunscreen on a daily basis, SPF30/50
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?
Insulated or pure gold needle are used to reduce discomfort whilst being treated and post treatment after effects. The treatment is not uncomfortable, if you feel anything at all its only a slightly irritation.
AM I SUITABLE FOR TREATMENT?
All hair colours can be treated and all areas of the body. Most people are suitable to have this treatment.
WHAT SHALL I EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?
The area will be hair free, slight redness or swelling in the area treated is common and this will subside over 24-48 hours.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER THE TREATMENT?
Keep the skin clean and use an antibacterial wash for the first 48 hours, then you can resume your normal cleansing routine.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECT?
Usually there is little or no side effects but occasionally some small spots can appear and tiny scabs. These will quickly heal leaving smooth hair free skin.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
On going treatments are required, usually starting at weekly intervals quickly extending to 5-6 weekly intervals.
